Thank you very much for this report. I have checked the data and our source, and I can confirm that the ELSER5 arrival is assigned only to runway 12 but not to runway 30, as the charts mentioned.
I can´t find any notam or navdata alert that indicates this behavior. So, we will check this with our data provider. As soon as we have an answer, I will inform you here …

PS: by the way, I have checked the last three cycles, and this arrival for runway 30 was missing in 2407/8 and 2409, too - so this can´t work fine before
