In multiple star are waypoints missing.
Example EDDB KLF25L STAR/VIA:
The Points DB462, DB463, DB464, DB465, DB466 and DB456, DB455, DB454, DB453, DB452 are missing.
Example EDDM LANDU28 STAR/VIA:
The Points DM412, DM423, DM424, DM425, DM426, DM427, DM428 are missing.
I think there could be even more STARS/VIA with similar issues at these airports.

I uninstalled the sceneries of EDDB and EDDM before preparing the screenshots for this issue.

no the STAR itself is correct and when you try to enter these “missing” waypoints you will see all are included
The reason why are not all waypoints are included is simple: you don’t need it because no one have any restrictions (speed/altitude) and therefore these waypoints are useless to fly the STAR(s) correctly.
These waypoints are “only” for possible directs/shortcuts. Therefore its necessary to know which waypoints is where.
Again the STARs are correct coded … Hope that helps.
