I just noticed the little “crosshair” is missing from map controls:

It will appear only when you enable moving maps. It seems to be disabled in your screenshot. What if you press the moving maps button?

It doesn’t appear even with moving map on - FWIW I reinstalled FS last night, and had to re-activate my Navigraph stuff.
