Missing ARQUS 1X arrival for ESGG

I cannot seem to find the chart for ARQUS 1X arrival at EGSS (Gotenborg). I can find charts for ARQUS 1L and 1S. Is anybody else experiencing the same?

Hi,
I can’t find this STAR in the AIP Sweden. Please can you forward us a official reference that this STAR lis available?

Thank you
Richard

It exists in Navigraph’s database as of cycle 2303 at least.

It’s charted on AD 2 ESGG 5-14 which is under “Approach” rather than “Arrival” on e.g. autorouter.

It may similarly be charted as an approach transition by Jeppesen perhaps?

Regards,

Tim

ARQUS 1X along with 1Q appear to be operator special approval only, hence contained in airac but no public chart.

EDIT, sorry incorrect. The AQUS1X and 1Q are listed as RNP Y charts

Interesting…it was part of the routing I got from Simbrief:

LOWW/16 N0442F380 LANU5B LANUX DCT VLM DCT HDO DCT LUROS DCT RENKI DCT OKAGA DCT NILEN L617 ARQUS ARQU1X ESGG/21

It is also part of the navdata…

Of course, I was rerouted direct RISMA for the RISMA 4L arrival after passing OKAGA.

Has anyone looked at the Jepp charts to see if it’s maybe charted as an approach transition? I’m not subscribed at the moment so I cannot check.

Regards,

Tim

Got it … thanks Tim(@Rodeo314) for the hint …

The ARQUS1X is an approach transition of the RNP-Y 21 (AR) approach - as also @srcooke wrote before.

So, look at the approaches on chart number 12-21 … in this case you don´t need the STAR because the route ends at ARQUS and therefore you can directly fly the approach (if you´re and the a/c are certified for the RNP-Y 21 approach) with the approach-transition ARQUS1X.

Cheers,
Richard

Terrific. Thank you, all for the guidance and getting me pointed in the right direction.

Note: ARQUS 1X is charted as an RNAV transition for the RNP approach (both in Jeppesen and official charts) but coded as a STAR in Jeppesen/Navigraph data, however.

Tim
