Mismatch of downloaded FP between IVAP and MSFS

After the flight is generated and downloaded to IVAP and MSFS, the flight plans do not match

I using current AIRAC 2303

How did you generate your flight plan? Did you use SimBrief? Are you flying the default 747 in MSFS?

… additional request to Jason´s questions:

Please can you upload the flightplan which you have loaded directly in the MSFS? Also can you confirm, that you don´t have changed the flightplan after loading in the MSFS (ie. select a gate or another position, …)

I ask because the MSFS automatically re-calculate the loaded route in the background - but that´s not what are in our hands.
