I notice on the LUCKI1 arrival into San Diego it only goes direct to LUCKI from HOGGZ. Not the corresponding waypoints on the chart. I am using the latest NAV data.

sorry not reproduce able. I have also looked into the database and all waypoints are included for the HOGGZ transition.
Here from the FBW A320:
Selected ILS09-Y LUCKI1 STAR via transition HOGGZ … you see all waypoints. Sorry, but it looks more an issue on your side or a user-error, I don´t know but the sequences of the waypoints beween HOGGZ and LUCKI are included as you see.
