I have the same problem. I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it but I still cannot get the keyboard. I am using iPad with latest updates to iOS.

As a workaround try accessing https://charts.navigraph.com/ from a browser on the iPad.

Same problem here, solved by rebooting the iPad
What i did is write my login/password on the google search bar then copy/paste in the navigraph app, and it works!
Try to reboot the Ipad, problem solved too…
