Hello, on Tuesday I purchased Navigrph Unlimited. But as I wanted to sign in myself In the ‘‘Navigraph charts app’’ it said that I need a Navigraph unlimited account. On the Website it said that I have a Subscription but a short time later even there it showed me the paying options again. What can i do?

The account that you are currently writing from here in this forum does have an active subscription, and should definitely be able to access the Navigraph Hub.

I can see that there is a risk that you accidentally created multiple accounts on different email addresses. The one with a subscription ends with @gmail.com. Please double-check to make sure that you are using this account everywhere!
