Loading Data Base

For over a year now I have been trying to resolve the LOADING DATA BASE issue in my Carenado ATR in P3D. I feel like I have gone through every fix out there to sort the problem.

Uninstall, reinstall, manual download and install as well as edit the dll.xml but to no avail.

No matter what I try, the Data Base will not load in the FMC.

I am using V5 P3D which is installed on a separate SSD to my C:\ drive and operating system (if that is a contributor to the issue??).

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately I have tried those fixes previously and in some cases the suggested files/links are no longer available.
