LIRN - ILS 06 is offset by few degrees

I had the issue last week with the stock msfs airport, and now with the new LIRN airport by RDPresets: arriving at runway 06 with ILS approach, the RW is not aligned correctly, check screenshot.

Really? What’s the reason? intentional or instruments installed incorrectly?

Has to be caused by some technical limitation or other affecting LIRN (which limitation specifically, beats me).
