Hi everyone , since updating to ver 8.37.1 on Mac sequoia 15.1, whenever I return to Navigraph , the screen is just a white blank, and I have to kill the app and restart. Not sure if this is related to the use of the vatsim beta? anyone else got this?
Hello! Welcome back to our forum!
That sounds unexpected, indeed! I have enabled additional logging for your account. Please try again and let me know if/when you see the issue again!
Kind Regards,
Malte
A post was merged into an existing topic: Icon flashing when traffic for vatsim is turned on
Hello just wanted to let you know that the navigraph charts for PC will turn blank and just show white, closing and reopening them fixes it
Having the same issue here; was just gonna start a new topic when I saw your post.
Happened to me 4 or 5 times already, in about 2 hours of use.
Hello everyone! I have moved your posts here, as they were unrelated to the topic originally posted in.
Do you still have this issue?
Kind Regards,
Malte
After last update it I got this issue, seems to work better the last days but keeps happening from time to time
Do you get this issue even when not using the (Beta) networks feature?
not sure, I have turned it off and will report back tomorrow!
When not using the VATSIM/IVAO feature I don’t have any problem
I can also confirm the issue is not present when the NETWORKS feature is turned off
Thanks for the confirmation! We’ll keep investigating.
I am having the same issue with Networks feature on
Having the same “white screen” on an Alienware PC. Not sure of the time until the map disappears and I just have a white screen; however, closing Navigraph and then opening it again restores it. Can happen a couple of times during a flight (just VFR, so around 1 to 1.5 hours in length). I do need to turn Vatsim and weather intel back on as well (thank you again for the Vatsim feature!).
Hello again!
We seem to agree that this has to do with the (beta) online networks feature. We have a lot of beta feedback to work through, and this is just one of the issues. We’ll get to this eventually, but I do not have any updates right now, unfortunately!
If you keep having this issue, the best way to fix it is to disable the online networks feature. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hi Malte,
Thanks for the update, TBH its not the end of the world, and I’m just glad to have this feature!
I also had the whiteout twice now… Once on Ipad (mini) and once on Windows Desktop
2024-12-22 at 2005z another whiteout (if you want to check the logs)
