Hello!
When I activate VATSIM aircraft and controllers to be shown on the map the application sort of crashes after some time - mostly after landing at the destination. The window of Navigraph Charts goes completely white and does not react any more. I always have to stop the process via Task Manager.
When I turn VATSIM data off there is no problem.
I have the identical problem. I’ve even turned traffic on for a few minutes, and then turned it off. My Navigraph Charts will still freeze and go white a short while afterwards.

I have good news! The latest update v8.38.0 that was just released should contain a fix for the slowdowns. Please give it a go - make sure that you have the latest version in the settings page and let us know how the application behaves!
