For KSFO ILS RWY 28R, there is an IAF at SIDBY.
However, Navigraph’s data doesn’t recognize SIDBY transition for this approach.
Am I misunderstanding the approach chart or is this an error?

Our source provider has responded, and it indeed looks like that transition has been unintentionally left out. They hope to have it included by cycle 2312!
