Loading the mentioned APP the fixes from LUCIG inbound do not load lower altitudes. They default to 2800 alt for all fixes inside the FAF.

Welcome.
The descent itself is managed by the RNP and not via hardcoded altitude restrictions.
Normally, you see the glide path (in this case -3.0) on your FMS/C but you haven’t mentioned anything about the sim or the addon you are using.

My mistake. Its on the PMDG 737 800. Just thought it was a Nav DB glitch in the FMC.
