Issue with Navigation Data subscription

Dear Navigraph team,

I have paid for an annual subscription Navigation Data until end of April 2025. From 7 January to 6 February 2025, I tried Navigraph Unlimited for one month. Now that this month has expired and the unlimited subscription cancelled, my Navigation Data has unfortunately also been cancelled. This can’t be right, of course, as it was paid for and runs until the end of April.

How can I get it reactivated?

I had issues until today :blush: I could not sign in with the feedback that I have no subscription. Now it works again.

And now the access was cancelled again (“Access Denied”). Something weird going on here.
