I flew into EGPH on rwy 24 (XPlane12 + Zibo) and the alignment in the sim and on the charts was off to the left of the runway (I imported from simbrief and exported from charts into sim).
I had to correct at the last moment. I took a screenshot after landing:

What approach did you fly? The NDB DME RWY 24 has this note in its chart:
I do note that if you select the NDB RWY 24 approach in our Charts app, we are unable to narrow this down to one specific chart automatically! This means that you might have gotten the NDB ILS 24 chart instead, which does not have this warning.
When you select NDB RWY 24, the app will pin all these charts (they are technically all for NDB procedures to runway 24):
The correct one for this approach is the last one (16-2) - which has a warning outlining the exact offset that you are reporting. If you select the ILS approach instead, you will see that the offset disappears!
