It is currently expected that the behavior is not predictable. We are still working on a fix for this, but we should have something working for you before the weekend!
Yeah I have tried everything and now never get route displayed in Charts app on my IPAD. Before it was like 1/10 now none. I get a pink arrow on a white blank map. Appreciate your work through though. Take Care.
We have a fix that will soon be available for testing, but Apple is currently preventing us from releasing it. We’re working on that, and hope to have something for everyone in here before the weekend!

A post was merged into an existing topic: I have a charts issue
As mentioned in another thread, I have what seems to be the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus Android. Where I end up with a completely white and blank Navigraph map after having another app in focus and then switching back to the Navigraph charts app.
It doesn’t happen every time but more frequently than I would like. Often several times during a flight. Very annoying since it requires a number of steps to get things back in order. Where I need to:
- disable online traffic and ATC on the map
- reenable online traffic and ATC on the map
- unload the flight
- reload the flight
Here’s me hoping for a solution not too far off and wishing you a nice weekend ahead

We’re happy to hear it, but we have not yet changed anything, and the bug is still there.
Apple is still holding our update hostage, but I will keep you posted if they decide to do anything about that during the weekend!

We realize that this is an inconvenience to those who use our iOS application. We have sent an updated version of the app to Apple for review, but much like us - they don’t seem to work on weekends. We hope to have the update out early next week!
In the meantime, you can use our app just fine by visiting charts.navigraph.com in your browser (even on iOS devices or other tablets).

Alright @here! We now have test versions available for anyone to try.
The distribution method differs somewhat - iOS users will have to enlist for beta updates through the TestFlight app, while Android users can just download the APK from the link below.
Please try this version out and let us know if things seem to be working better! Or if new issues show up, of course…
