same for me in 2024 I have not tried 2020…it just started today for me 02.11.2025
Hello everyone!
Please try again now. You may need to restart the simulator to get the update I just pushed, but it should help the situation!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Nope, still not working
I’ll check it again in the morning. Please follow the steps in my first post in this topic in the meantime!
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hmm, this sounds and looks like a cache issue on your end.
The screenshot just leaves out the lines of interest (at the top) - the bottom errors come from the simulator and are expected.
Did you restart the simulator? That usually clears the cache. If this issue persists for you, please take a new screenshot showing more of the top error and I’ll take another look!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hello!
No, unfortunately, that is still too far down. I need the top part!
@DRHolman @Dbres63 are you still having this issue too?
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hopefully third time’s a charm and the missing two lines between the bottom of this image and the top of the last are not needed.
Fwiw, I did delete the rolling and manual caches and restarted. No effect.
I am having the same issue when trying to open Charts in VR (MSFS2020).
It’s happening in both 2D and VR for me. Fortunately the Simbrief integrations in both the Fenix and PMDG EFBs are working so I can access charts from those, but it’s not ideal.
yes, I am. Rebooted simulator, removed and reinstalled add in and still the same.
the problem, for me, is gone from 2024.
i shut down 2024 made sure all the proper huds were in order… they needed to be upgraded… and then I turned on 2020 and 2024 and they workked properly
Just tried it again and it worked.
Also worked for me just now in VR (2020)
Working here as well. Thank you Malte!
Hello everyone!
I am happy to hear that it is working. The fix must have been stuck in cache for a while! Thank you for the feedback, let us know if anything else comes up!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Yes FS2020, I do not use 2024 yet…Thanks for checking into this. FYI, I had a sim crash and reset the sim which deleted my Community folder, hence I reloaded Navigraph
app. I was probably running a older version before this occurrence. Windows 11 H.E.
Sorry, fell behind in the conversation. Ill check this evening. Thanks
