Good morning,
When I made a flight plan on simbrief and I click on “import into graphics” on the simbrief page to have navigraph, navigraph starts to open then I get an error message see screenshot and even if I recharge nothing changes?
If I open Navigraph alone, does it work?
My NAVIGRAPH CHARTS version is 8.33.1
Sincerely
Hi,
sorry but I don’t understand … What do you mean with “import in graphics”? Also I don’t see any screenshot which you are mentioned in your posting.
What do you want exactly? Which issue dilo you have?
Cheers
Richard
Good morning,
Sorry but I don’t know if I asked in the right place because it’s not easy to find the right person.
When I made a flight plan on simbrief and I click on “import into graphics (in yellow” screenshot 1) on the simbrief page to have navigraph, navigraph starts to open then I get a error message see screenshot 2 and even if I reload nothing changes?
navigraph version 8.33.1
Sincerely
Can you open the charts normally? I mean outside from SimBrief?
Also, which device do you use? Windows, iOS, Android, …?
Cheers
Richard
Yes I can open the charts normally and I use Windows 10 pro 64
Hello!
I have enabled some additional logging for your account. Please let me know the next time you experience this bug so that I can take a closer look!
After that, you may use the “Import from SimBrief” function from within Charts instead to get around the issue in the meantime - see INOP after importing from SimBrief - #12 by skysail
Kind Regards,
Malte
Good morning and thanks for your help.
I read the messages you gave me and they correspond exactly to my problem, so I will do as you tell me in the meantime.
Let me know if you find a solution to this problem because it worked very well before and it may be due to an update.
Sincerely
To investigate this further, we need you to try it again and let us know when you see the error. That way, we can check what caused the error in the first place!
Kind Regards,
Malte
I just tried and it’s still the same…
Hello!
Yes, that is fully expected. We have not gotten logs from your session and can indeed confirm that this is the same, very vague, error that was reported in this topic: INOP after importing from SimBrief
I have added this case to the bug report. We have so far not been able to reproduce it but now we have a little bit more data at least! I will keep this topic updated as we get resources to investigate further.
Kind Regards,
Malte
