Flying FBW A320NX, departing GMMH, having ILS frequency, and ILS ID, yesterdeay with 2410 rev2, but not the guidance, having no frequency and no ID in rev 3. Can you fix it please ?
Hi,
I´m sorry, but I can´t reproduce it. I have tested your report with the latest AIRAC revision 3, but when I select the frequency, I get all the information, and the a/c follows the vertical/lateral flight path.
Here from the FBW A320 with AIRAC 2410 rev. 3 installed, stock scenery:
I´m sorry, but I can´t reproduce it. I have also tested other ILSes; there is no issue here. Revision 3 contains all ILS information.
Cheers
Richard
Ok, I am currently flying to GOBD, and i ll report in 1hour and a half.
Perhaps I did something wrong. You can close the topic.

Hi Daniel,
I will keep this issue open until we have the confirmation from you that everything is running correctly. Is that OK? Thank you very much for your feedback!
Have a safe flight
Cheers,
Richard
I am also receiving no ILS information since rev 3 update. Flying into LFMN. Will attach screenshots for confirmation.
Hi,
Welcome to Navigraph … I´m unsure what I should see on the screenshots.
In the first, you´re at FL200 and 25 NM away from MTG Navaid (so too far away for an ILS signal), and on the second, I only see a “waypoint” called “story,” which I can´t find in our database. Further, on the ND, you see that the ident “NA” is visible, but the signal can´t be received due to the distance of 23 miles.
The ILS information in the VFR map is also not visible when you don´t use our AIRAC cycle. So, that´s not what we have in our hands. It seems to have not been implemented by ASOBO/MS.
I have tried the approach and got the same result as in my previous post. LOC and GS are active - no problem:
I´m sorry, but I can´t reproduce it. As I have written, the ILS information is included in revision 3.
Cheers,
Richard
Ok, I understand about not getting the ILS information cause I am too far from the airport, as you stated. As I got closer to LFMN, I received the LOC needle and the G/S diamond at the correct altitude. I also verified NA as the ILS identifier. I also use Navigraph AIRAC in conjunction with Microsoft/ASOBO. Prior to rev 3, I would use the MDCU in the A320v2 and when adding the correct runways in, the RADIO NAV page would auto-populate the ILS freq and course, based on the landing runways chosen. It no longer auto-populates after rev 3, so unless you have access to charts or the information in the sim’s VFR map, ILS approaches are pretty much useless in the sim without the correct frequency or course. That is one of the benefits to having the data available in the VFR map.
After removing rev 3 Navigraph data, and re-launching the sim, it still isn’t showing the frequency or courses in the VFR map, which is an ASOBO issue, as you stated. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will report it to them.
Hi,
No problem - thanks for the confirmation that the ILS is working as expected. Much appreciated …
Have a nice evening!
Cheers
Richard
So same issue @GOBD ILS info are displayed (Ok for Airac). But ILS guidance isn’t followed by AP, despite right speed, altitude, respect of approach procedure, AP 1 engaged, FD1+2, ILS1+2, Approach mode @IAF. @FAF, nothing happens, (KO FBW). I ll dig there.
I flew another branch (GOBD-DIAP) with Fenix A320 and it was OK. So there is something wrong in MSFS+FBW+Airac+addons …

Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Tested again with GOBD ILS-Z 01 … the FBW follows the lateral/vertical path as expected
Here from the ND, you see that LOC and GS are active (stock scenery with AIRAC 2410 rev. 3):
… and here is the complete configuration:
… on short final:
I’m sorry, but I can´t reproduce it like the two other situations. We also have not received any further reports about ILS issues, so I assume it’s really more on your side that you did something wrong. I don´t know, sorry …
Cheers,
Richard
Yes, indeed, in FSI Panel it worked. Also here on my PC, on Fsi Panel.
But not in the whole flight. FSI Panel proves Navigraph info is there, available and accurate.
There is something to solve somewhere, on my config …
Regards
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
I don´t use FSIPanel here, and even I would, the information in the FBW would come from the MSFS data, not from FSIPanel. Nevertheless, I use only the core MSFS sim - no add-on! Only our data.
Cheers,
Richard
