ILS 31 offset in Kai tak VHHX

I had installed the VHHX from Model Instruments and in another instance with RedWing developers for MSFS2020 sim. With Navigraph 2409 rev.1 uninstalled, the plane can land on runway ILS 31 centered. After installed Navigraph, both VHHX in question, my plane lands offset, why? With P3Dv4 and P3Dv5 my plane lands centered as expected.
