How can I create a waypoint based on the extended center line of a particular runway?

In the FMC of the PMDG 737, I can create a waypoint a certain distance out from a runway right on its extended center line. Is there any way to do that directly in Navigraph?

No, sorry … There is no way for such PBD points/user waypoints.
