Glide Slope capture

I am using the FBW A320 in MSFS and Navigraph flight planning. However, I now find that the flight plan I enter gives the wrong altitude to capture the glide slope. E.g. EGCC to EGPH should have a final altitude of 3000ft, but flight plan gives 4800ft, so misses capturing the gs. The same problem when flying EGLL to EDDM. Has anyone any ideas about this problem?
