Not an issue related question, but asking for recommendation for what Sim SW/application is best to use in order to simulate the Garmin 430W in the most realistic way? Or if there are any upgrades/plug-ins that improves the G430 in X-plane or MSFS?

We do not provide any plugins for the G430 as of this moment. That may change in the future as Working Title start their work on these instruments, but that depends on their decisions when it comes to plugin support.
I myself am not aware of what the alternatives would be, so unfortunately I can’t answer that part of the question.
