FSLabs AIRCC install

I am having a very strange issue that just started to occur… When I update the latest AIRCC cycle everything updates properly except the FSLabs. The directory has NOT changed (…Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons) but the Navigraph installs the update directly in the Prepar3D v4 Add-ons folder and not the …Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FSLabs\NavData where it should go. If I manually point out the directory it will install FSLabs\NavData within the Pointed out folder(ie" …Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FSLabs\FSlabs\Navdata) creating an additional FSLabs folder within the FSLabs folder. Please help.

Hi…,

Welcome.

Make sure you are using latest FMS Data Manager.
Please post screens shots of Addon Mappings tab showing mapping for FlightSimLabs A319/320-X/321-X

It should be …Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons

It’s been updated to the latest manager. The mappings are as you say.

Hi Jeremy,

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below:

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

If you have backups of previous AIRACs you wish to keep, backup c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\backup

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Please let us know how you get on.
