I’m not sure if this is the right category for this. However, I noticed that there are some frequencies duplicated at LFPG. Please see the screenshot below. This seems to cause issues with BeyondATC which fails to hand over to the correct frequencies.

Very strange because you can’t set duplicated frequencies in MSFS. Your screenshot shows the chart app, which has nothing to do with BATC.
Can you post a screenshot with the frequency list in MSFS? Again, setting one frequency for multiple ATC types is usually impossible.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I’m currently not using the Navigraph Data In MSFS 24. That’s why I was assuming that BATC might pull the frequencies from somewhere else like the Simbrief flight plan or so.
The EFB in the simulator however isn’t showing the duplicated frequencies with default data. Not sure what’s causing the issue with BATC then. Maybe it’s coincidence.
Understood, no BATC uses the in-game MSFS data. Simbrief or the charts app are entirely Independent of BATC and don’t interact together.
Based on your information, I suggest reporting it to BATC; it has nothing to do with us or our services.
