Fms data manager email and password are inccorect

Good evening
I have done all the steps you mentioned in previous topics, but without results. Disconnected the internet and turned it back on via hotspot on the phone, turned off the firewall, reinstalled everything, (removed first.)
What’s the problem now? I do the same email entry and the onetime password.
What else can I do? I can’t change email because the subscription is on it?

On the Settings page, please check you have the latest FMS Data Manager

Try logging in with your normal password.

Please provide screenshot of login error ,message using Guide to posting Screenshots
