I’m writing this as an end user, but hoping that it can be implemented in a future release.
Many of the advanced addons now come with an Electronic Flight Bag that is capable of calculating departure data (v-speeds, engine derates, takeoff weight limits, etc). These currently lack the ability to calculate this for intersections unless you put in the displacement manually.
It would be great for the FMS data to include runway intersection information. Some airports have this available in their charts, which might be something that can be parsed. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case for some airports, and from what I understand it’s uncommon in the US.
At any rate, if this could be implemented it would be able to at some point result in EFB improvements across the span of addons.
