Sometimes customers are given a message they need to purchase a subscription even though they already have one. This is generally caused by having more than one account and logging in with an email for an account without subscription.
If you feel this is so, check if you have multiple accounts. If so, to avoid confusion, delete accounts without subscription. Then log in with correct email to the one account with subscription.
Note: any Reset Password email will be sent to the email address of the account you have logged in to.
