Subscription not possible

Good morning Navigraph team,

I’m trying since yesterday to subscribe using my account but even if I’m logged in, when i visit “Your subscription” section, I enter in a loop where I’m asked to create a new account instead be redirected. I’ve tried with Firefox and chrome, deleted history and cookies, tried on a different pc but I still faced the issue. Is there any issue your are aware of ?
