How have you created the Charts exported flight plans and to where have you exported them?
How are you trying to access them.

I created a flightplan in Simbrief and thought it exported it straight into the A330 MCDU using the Charts export button. I have now exported it into charts first and now have been successful. Only problem now is when I set up the aircraft I can`t get the charts in the EFB it says to login using the configurator app. …help.
