Error when selecting LOW / HIGH airways

Hi,

I’ve encountered an error (?) while selecting airways in Charts.
When you click on an airway segment or label, the info window shows the LOW level AWY, also when you select and click on the HIGH -Upper- see pic 1, eg UL612 and Ll612.

Sometimes you can find the opposite, see pic 2, eg UV61/V61.

The same also occurs if the airways have a different designator, eg UN859/A34, see pic 3.

Anyway this happens when there is an underlying route.
So far I’ve found no way to select the desidered U or L AWY. Any tips?

All the best.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback!

This looks odd indeed. We shall investigate!

In the meantime, you can use the geo-search function (right-click in the map) to bring up a list of things within a certain area - that way you should be able to pick which airway you want!

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Kind Regards,
Malte

Thank you Malte. I already use your suggestion as a workaround.
Let me know if I can be of some help on this topic.
All the best.

Hello Malte,
I can confirm this problem is solved.
I’ve double checked both on Windows and Android versions of Charts, and the correct ayws now appear by selecting the corresponding Map Presets and thus selecting one of them.
Thank you, all the best.
