EINN 24 seems to be identified as 06 in the charts?

The first leg of PELI3B is a direct to fix EINN06, this is typically used to implement “no turn before departure end of runway” restrictions (for runway 24, DER would be the threshold for runway 06).
The depiction in the Charts software is seemingly incorrect or at least not optimal though.
