Just had a flight from EGSS that used SimBrief to LEIB and it given LAM4R departure which is not valid except for flights to EGLL or EGWU.

Hi, I can’t reproduce this. Planning EGSS-LEIB gives me the NUGBO1R SID.
Of course, if a user manually selects LAM4R, SimBrief isn’t going to prevent them from doing so. But by default it seems to already be suggesting NUGBO1R.
