In the Jepp chart, we have GO13 and in the FMS it’s GO13A which is not depicted on the chart. The Navigraph data is correct but can someone educate me as to why the coding doesn’t match the chart?

I just don’t see any point on the chart 13 miles out that matches the data.

because there are two D13 GOW waypoints existing in the same area and therefore (according the ARINC423 name convention) a postfix letter will be added, starting with A, B, C, …

Due the fact, that those waypoint is “only” a pseudo/unnamed waypoint for the PT with a second reference, without a waypoint ident you can’t use it in the FMC/S without “building” such unique ident.
