Everytime I try to connect my Aerosoft Airbus A 320/A 321-EFB to Navigraph, I get the failure notice “unauthorized access” an “sign in”, although I’m logged in. Do I need an extra account?

Have you signed in using the Aerosoft Configurator, running as administrator? And are you running the latest version? You can verify this by opening the Aerosoft Updater.
I see some users on the Aerosoft forums have experienced similar problems where they had to sign in again before every flight. Is that the case here?
