I have the Aerosoft CRJ 550/700/900/1000 installed and when trying to Install the Navdata I receive a 403 error. I have tried rebooting the computer and retrying and always get the same result.
I have the PMDG 737-600, -700, -800 that installed with no problems.

Try uninstall, redownload and install latest Navigraph Navdata Center. Restart machine.
