I just tried to update the Airac for both a) Simulator Base Packages and b) Add-on packages (Fenix and FSI-Panel). After some minutes of wait, a downloader error appears. I already de-installed the SW and re-installed it (latest version 1.2.8) but nothing helps.
Hey Twilfert,
We are investigating. I have also added some extra logging to our account. Could you please try again so that we get all the logs recorded on our side?
Kind regards,
Markus
Hi Markus,
the packages installed outside MSFS (Fenix and FSI-Panel) worked already last night. So, these are updated. The only package which still shows the error message is the AIRAC cycle of the MSFS base package (the other base packages, I don’t use). I just tried it again but the error message is still there.
Kind regards,
Tilo
I can’t pinpoint exactly what it is from the logs, but it is likely related to the installed packages.
Please try the following:
- Delete the directories
navigraph-navdata
andnavigraph-navdata-base
in the Community-folder. - Delete the directory `%localappdata%/Temp/Navigraph.
Please keep me updated on how it goes!
Kind regards,
Markus
Hi Markus,
when I tried to delete the directories under the appdata folder, I noted that they were write protected. I removed the protection and thried Navigraph hub again-> The update worked.
Thank you for your help-
Kind regards,
Tilo
