Hello
My navigraph hub freezes whenever I try to update the airac. No matter what airac, the Fenix airac, the MSFS024 airac and even the MSFS2020 airac. It just freezes whenever I click UPDATE. I have done a full reinstall without success. I use version 1.2.13.
I would appreciate some help

Hello! I have enabled some extra logging for your account.
Please sign out (you can find this button in the task tray behind the Navigraph Hub icon) and then sign in again, then try again! We shall investigate.

I can now update the airac cycle for MSFS2020 and 2024, however I am still unable to update it for the Fenix A320. Would it be possible for me to install it manually?

Can you please try pressing the install button for the Fenix package again? I can see what happened all the way up to that point, but there is no sign of you pressing the button, so something must have gone wrong. Please let me know when you have given it another go!
No, there is no manual installation for the Fenix at this time.
Hi, thanks. I pressed INSTALL again expecting it to freeze, I even started a screen recording to send you, but then it worked. So the issue is fixed. Thank you very much for the excellent support. Thank you Skysail and Navigraph.
