Downloader Error when trying to install Navigraph

I’m experiencing an issue with the Navigraph Hub (version 1.2.15). When trying to install a package (e.g. SimBrief Dispatch for MSFS), I receive a “Downloader” error message and the installation fails. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Ran Navigraph Hub as administrator
  • Checked that the MSFS Community folder is writeable
  • Disabled antivirus and firewall
  • Verified that there are no VPNs or proxies in use
  • Deleted temporary files from %localappdata%/Temp/Navigraph
  • Reinstalled Navigraph Hub from the official website

Please try the steps at Downloader Error when trying to update Airac and we shall investigate.

I followed all the steps outlined in the Downloader Error when trying to update AIRAC article.

Unfortunately, the issue still exists.

I have found the solution.

I just needed to restore my firewall to defaults.
