I am in US East Coast. I want to set up a departure from NZAA to fly in daylight hours. How do I specify the proper departure time in Simbrief Dispatch

Hi Dom,
Welcome.
SimBrief departure times are entered in Zulu (UTC) time. Currently NZAA local time is Zulu(UTC) + 13 hours.
So say for NZAA 1400 hours (2:00 pm) departure, set departure time to 1400-1300=0100 Z.
There are many time converters on the web.
