Data manager no sim detected

I am a subsriber to above.I noticed that despite saying ‘updated’ for my PDMG product ie 737-800nu the FMS didi not show it with message ‘Nav data out of date’.I have deleted and reinstalled above(v1.0.120) together with simlink.The manager gives me the message ‘no sim detected’.I have P3D on a dedicated hard drive with the previuos add-on mapping which was auto giving the destination as D/PDMG.My simlink is in c/user/owner/onedrive/docs/P3d add-ons/navsimlink-2files at 217kb.

I can see that I had d/loaded the one for MFS and I have now a FMS data manager for P3D which is connected to the sim but still the problem reffered to above in that the FMS data manger is saying that the PDMG is updated to latest version of Airac Cycle-2301-but the FMS on a/craft is saying out of date with the latest Airac of 13/20.
