The RNAV STARS for CYYT airport in Canada are not showing up on the G5000 FMS. There are three - AVALON5, BURIN5 and TIGOR4. If this is already being investigated, please disregard this topic.

Hi Mark,
The reason is that the stock scenery of CYYT is outdated—I mean the runway idents. Therefore, the sim disables the terminal procedures. That’s not what we have in our hands because we may not change the runway idents even when we could (because we have these data).
Here is what the sim offers:

You see completely outdated. Runways no longer exist, and/or existing runway idents have been changed. Sorry, you have all these still in your data but the sim disable all these information. Please report this to ASOBO/MS, that the scenery is completely outdated.

Thank you for that explanation. I will submit a bug report to MS/ Asobo on this matter and hopefully it will be resolved for MSFS2020.
