CTD when exiting XPlane with Simlink connection

Hello,

i apologize for my English. It’s not that good.

Facts
XPlane: 12.1.2.12
Platform: Windows 10

Situation
Exit XPlane, or inflight CTD

What you expected to happen
Quit Xplane from the taskbar and then File and Quit XPlane (ALT+F4).
X Plane will be terminated

What actually happened
XPlane process does not respond, wait or exit

Try step by step until the error is solved with plug-ins

  1. Launch into the holodeck and exit: No problems
2a) Start up to the cockpit (Cold & Dark) Start the engine and switch it off again, quit Xplane: No problems
3a) Start into the cockpit (Cold & Dark) traffic pattern (EDRY) and switch off again, exit Xplane: No problems

But this now made me suspicious, so I extended step 2
2b) Start up to the cockpit (Cold & Dark), connect Simlink to Navigraph Charts, start the engine and switch it off again, quit Xplane: No problems
3b) Start into the cockpit (cold & dark), connect Simlink to Navigraph charts, traffic pattern (EDRY) and switch off again, exit Xplane:
Jackpot. XPlane no longer closes properly.

Now I have extended the step by one more point
3c) Start up to the cockpit (Cold & Dark), connect Simlink to Navigraph Charts, roll from parking over the RWY to parking and switch off again (EDRY), exit Xplane:
Jackpot. XPlane no longer closes properly.

For all steps
I have not deactivated Simlink or removed it from the plug-ins. The only difference was that I had Simlink either
not with charts .navigraph.com
or with charts .navigraph.com
connected.

I connected charts .navigraph.com from another laptop, XPlane on the PC and charts .navigraph.com on the laptop. I’m currently running Simlink 1.1.35.1406

I have attached the logs for the 3 variants (3a, 3b and 3c).
241116_1053_3wa.txt (846.3 KB)
241116_1053_3wb.txt (845.2 KB)
241116_1144_3wc.txt (843.5 KB)

Best regards
Michael

Hello Vishal,

thank you very much for the answer. I tried the points and it looks like the error has been fixed. On a test flight today everything worked as it should.

Best regards
Michael
