CRJv2 missing approaches at KSAT

hello. i am using the recently updated aerosoft crj900 plane.

i am setting up a flight plan of KOKC->KSAT in my fmc and on the DEP/ARR page for my destination, the runways and stars seem to be properly listed but there are no approach procedures, only the runways listed. can anyone else confirm if they appear for them?

i had a similar problem at another airport a few days ago where none of the RNAV approaches appeared but the ILS ones were there, unfortunately i forgot to write down which airport it was but i will keep an eye out.

i removed and reinstalled the CRJ data in navigraph hub but it didn’t make a difference. my msfs data says cycle 2503 rev.7 beta.

i am seeing the same issue with KPVU. all four runways are in the fmc, but the RNAV13 and ILS13 are missing.

still not sure what the pattern is here as many airports seem fine.

i looked at the files and the files for the airports in the aerosoft-crj/Data/NavData/Proc folders seem to have the relevant procedures in there. i think it may be a bug with the fmc code but i’m not sure how to verify this.

does navigraph coordinate with aerosoft about bugs that are specific to their products?

Yes, but you should report this to Aerosoft first. Direct communication is always the best
