Continuously been logged out

Hi

Is it normal that after a couple of minutes, the Navigraph Hub asks me to log in again?
I opened it, was doing something else for a couple of minutes and then I got logged out and it happened several times, login, wait a couple of minutes or so and I get logged out.

Also, not sure where to post this other issue but I cannot post in Discord. On the PC it says I do not have permission and on a phone or a tablet, I get the message ‘Done reading? Check out #advertise-videos
I know when I joined I looked at the rule and put a tick in the box. I even left the server, joined again, read the rules and ticked the box and still the same issue on PC, tablet and phone.

Same here…all my Navigraph apps–Charts, Simlink, Desktop are repeatedly making me sign in.

Same happens to me too

It is frustrating. I get disconnected from Navigraph every few days in the PMDG 737 as well. Sometime mid flight I need to login again in Simlink. I am not sure why there is such a painful system. It would be good if someone from Navigraph would reply to this question and to the issue of Discord where I am unable to post anything as per original post.

Thank you… again today I had to login in simlink and I did login yesterday so glad someone will look into it.

Please review the following troubleshooting steps for your issue:

  1. Ensure that you are not using a VPN or proxy settings. If you are, please disable them.
  2. Set your system date, time, and timezone to automatic.
  3. Verify that any antivirus or security applications are not blocking the Navigraph product.
  4. Check your internet router settings to ensure it allows access to Navigraph.
  5. Try restarting your internet router, and if possible, connect to a different network.

Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with the Navigraph product.

Thanks for your reply.

  1. I do not use VPN or proxy settings when I use MSFS.
  2. I will check whether the timezone is on auto as i am not near my PC so cannot be sure
  3. I believe Norton has already excluded Navigraph but I can check again. Please can you clarify what should I exclude (e.g. simlink, hub, anything in the community folder? I believe I put the whole MSFS folder under exclusion in Norton but not sure if anything else should be added.
  4. My route is firewalled but I do not think he is stopping the connection or I will be alerted.
  5. I am connected via the LAN so cannot change the network but I can restart the router to see if it makes a difference.

On a separate note can you tell me where to post my query regarding Discord?
