Connection lost during flight

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right section for my problem. If not, I apologize.

For about a week now, navigation on the Navigraph chart has been interrupted on both the Fenix and FSLabs EFBs (the Fenix displays the “Connection lost” message). On FSLabs, however, it simply stops working.

Can anyone tell me if this is a problem with me or with the integration on these aircraft?

Navigraph charts desktop, however, continues to work fine.

I would believe so! Unfortunately, that someone is not Navigraph. We did not develop the integrations, only the servers that support them. From our point of view, everything looks fine!

To me, this sounds like a network-related issue. For further investigation, please contact the add-on developers themselves - they know what to look for and how to help you since they have the code for the integration itself!
