Connection to Navigraph often lost during flight

So for a long time I’ve been an avid user of Navigraph products (for X-Plane11). But unfortunately I have a problem. I like to use the Navigraph charts app during the flight. Although my internet connection is constant, I still occasionally lose the connection to Navigraph. If this happens, I have to log in again and then re-enter the flight plan (ex Simbrief - also a great offer), which is a bit annoying.

What could be the reason for this? Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Jean-Claude,

Navigraph requires a constant reliable connection to our servers to update your position. Maybe this is being lost. Next time this should occur please upload latest log and dlogs from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs.
