navigraph asked me to log in again today but since then, everything seems to be in a crawl. usually things load instantly…
charts/maps are powerpoint slow when zooming/scrolling.

No delays here, nor reported. Check you connection, maybe disconnect Antivirus. Check any recent changes like Windows updates.
If still an issue I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :
Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
Please use only Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink and Charts:
- If they exist delete folders:
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink
c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Charts c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts - Download and install latest Charts .
- Download and install latest Simlink .

just reporting back - turns out it was in issue with our service provider, not an issue with naviograph. but thanks for the suggestions!
