Charts say simlink is not running when simlink is running on pc

My simlink is running but i dont see the plane icon in navigraph charts and no moving map. I’m in the middle of a flight

My Volanta is working but it’s just navigraph that’s not

i fixed it by going to task manager, ending simlink, then reopening simlink, then having to sign back into simlink. it works now
